2D drawing (PDF, DWG or DXF) and a 3D model (STEP) if you have one. Working from a sample? Send photos and the main dimensions.

Grade and condition. If you’d like us to recommend one, describe the operating temperature, medium, pressure and required hardness.
Quantity
Order quantity and expected annual volume.
Tolerances & finish
Critical dimensions, surface finish, and any heat treatment or coating.

Common questions
Yes. We machine to customer drawings or samples. Send photos and the main dimensions first, and we’ll tell you what we need to reproduce the part accurately.
Yes. For high-temperature, corrosive or pressure-bearing service, we recommend a grade and condition that suit the operating environment and the hardness you need. We regularly machine carbon and alloy steels such as 45# and 42CrMo, bearing steel GCr15, stainless steels from 303 to 321, nickel-based alloys, C276, 904L and aluminum alloys.
We hold EU CE and US ASME certification. Tell us in your inquiry if an order must meet either requirement.
No. Machined work has no minimum order quantity, so single parts and prototypes are welcome alongside batch production.
About 80% of our output is exported, mainly to Europe, Singapore, the United States and Australia.
Standard machining inquiries usually receive an engineer-reviewed quotation within 24–48 hours on business days (China Standard Time). Complex assemblies can take longer; we’ll tell you when to expect it.
